From the "Administration" tab, manage your entire feedback management program on the SatisFactory platform.
The platform administration groups together all the configurations of your system, giving you access to all your account settings.
You can access this space from the left sidebar menu via the "Administration" tab.
The administration center is a standalone interface within the platform, structured into several categories and sections that correspond to the different configurable elements of your system. Some sections may be unavailable due to the specificities of your program, or restrictions applied to your user account profile.
The different sections of the administration center
The administration interface is organized into 5 main sections, each grouping specific categories to ensure a fluid, structured, and efficient management of the platform.
1. Overview
This section constitutes the main control center of the administration. It provides a synthetic vision of the account's activity, highlighting the usage statistics of the solution, such as the total number of users and the active user rate.
2. Global settings
This section centralizes the general settings that govern the operation of the platform:
- Program settings: To adjust the basic configurations of the account
- Alerts: To configure automatic notifications based on precise trigger criteria
- Specific periods: To define customized analysis ranges
- Previews: To visualize the appearance of the surveys and emails of the system
- Questionnaires: To visualize and manage online surveys
- Response library: To centralize and manage pre-saved response templates
- History recovery: To import new data or correct existing data
3. Users and roles
This section groups together everything concerning the management of access to the platform, pages, as well as features:
- Users: To create and administer the accounts of the platform's users
- Profiles: To define the access rights and available features for each user profile
- Roles: To assign access to certain specific features and define customized reference periods
- Perimeters: To restrict access to defined data sets
4. Data and indicators
This section is dedicated to the configuration and management of collection and analysis elements:
- Key moments: To define precise and time-limited interactions in the customer path
- Key / global indicators: To manage the ratings and scores from surveys and social networks
- Satisfaction items / attributes: To add satisfaction criteria to evaluate in surveys and social networks
- Additional data / Metadata: To administer the data and contextual information to associate with the feedbacks
- Comments: To process the answers to open-ended questions of surveys and comments from social networks
- Audio transcription: To import audio recordings and process automatic transcription
- Dashboards: To create customized dashboards
- Social networks: To configure the integration of review sites, social networks and competitors attached to the establishments
5. Semantics
This section allows you to configure and supervise the automatic analysis of verbatims:
- Semantic analysis: To configure the classification plan and categorization rules of verbatims
- Semantic translation: To manage the translation of the concepts analyzed in the verbatims

Exit the administration center
To return to the main view of the SatisFactory platform, click on the "Exit administration" button located in the bottom left corner of the administration center.
