From the "Home" tab, get an instant overview of your program as soon as you log in to the SatisFactory platform.
The home page brings together the main KPI of your program, offering you a central and responsive interface to manage the voice of your customers.
You can access this page from the left sidebar menu via the "Home" tab.
The home page is divided into 3 distinct sections: the first is dedicated to customer response monitoring, the second to tracking the main KPIs of the program, and the third (optional) covers competitor benchmarking on review platforms and social networks.
Flash Report
When you first log in to your account, the platform will automatically display the "Flash Report": an exclusive feature of SatisFactory.
This summary note analyzes your account's performance using artificial intelligence and highlights the main trends of your program by providing concrete recommendations tailored to your context, your industry, and your KPIs.
Once the flash report window is closed, you can access it again at any time by clicking on the spark-shaped icon, located in the upper right corner of any page of the platform.
💭 The reference period of the flash report is configured in the user role settings.
If you would like to learn more about the flash report, we invite you to read the dedicated article: The Flash Report.
"Customers Reply" Section
In the "Customers Reply" section, you can access the main information related to your respondents in alert.
You will find:
- The total number of alerts
- The number of urgent alerts expiring within 72 hours
- The alert processing rate
- The average processing time for your alerts
Depending on your performance in monitoring and responding to customers, artificial intelligence will be able to provide you with additional perspectives compared to your industry thanks to insights (learn more).
You can view item details by clicking directly on the dedicated buttons, or by clicking on the "See all interactions" button.
Unlike the previous version of the platform, where the home page automatically applied the filters defined on the page to all widgets, in the new version, the home page works differently:
| Element | Period |
| Total number of alerts | Always calculated over all data (not filtered) |
| Number of urgent alerts | Always calculated over all data (not filtered) |
| Processing rate | Based on the period defined in the user's role settings |
| Average processing time | Based on the period defined in the user's role settings |
"Key Indicators" Section
In the "Key Indicators" section, you can access the main information related to your scores, grades, averages, and KPI calculations.
Depending on your KPI performance, artificial intelligence will be able to provide you with additional perspectives compared to your industry thanks to insights (learn more).
You can view details of the key indicators (evolution, cross-analysis, etc.) by clicking directly on the dedicated buttons, or by clicking on the "See all indicators" button.
💭 The key indicators displayed on the home page are those defined in the user role settings.
"Competitors" Section
In the "Competitors" section, you can access the main information that compares your score (on the review platform/social network) with that of your competitors.
⚠️ This section is only available if you have subscribed to the review collection option from review platforms and/or social networks, and if competitor analysis has been configured for at least one of these channels.
This overview provides a comparative analysis including:
- Your score
- The average scores of your competitors
- A Top 5 of the best scores
By clicking on the "Analyse this score" button, you can access a detailed analysis of your score and that of your competitors, including a breakdown by establishment and by brand.
If you would like to learn more about competitor analysis on the SatisFactory platform, we invite you to consult the dedicated article: Competitor Analysis.
