Competition Analysis is a feature designed to extend your "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) listening approach beyond your own feedback. By integrating reviews from third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, or Facebook, it offers a complete comparative panorama to precisely situate your performances and identify evolutionary trends within your business sector.

Access competition analysis
From the "Competitors" section available on the home page of the platform, you can easily access the data of your competitors for each configured review site or social network. This is a clear and operational vision of the competitive environment of your establishments or of your brand.
This panorama presents a comparative analysis including:
- Your score
- The average of your competitors' scores
- A Top 5 of the best scores
By clicking on the "Analyse this score" button or by directly accessing the indicator relating to your score on the social network, you can access the detailed analysis of your score and of that of the competitors.
This page corresponds to the key indicator relating to the score of your review site or social network. It displays the following data, which updates according to the period and the filters that you have defined on the page:
- Your score
- The repartition of the ratings of your score
- The evolution of your score
- Your competitive benchmark by establishment (site or page)
- Your competitive benchmark by brand
- The position of your score compared to the competition
- The average of the scores of your business sector
- The latest comments associated with your establishments
- The cross-analysis of the score with a metadata
You can also access the "Competition" tab to visualize the advanced competitive analysis which compiles:
- the quantitative analysis of competitive trends (positioning and details of the scores of your competitors)
- the qualitative analysis of the competition (semantic analysis and details of the comments of your competitors' customers)

Configure competition analysis
Access social network and competition analysis management
From the platform's administration center, you can manage the establishments and pages (your own and competitors') linked to your external data sources on your account.
⚠️ The administration space is only accessible to users whose profile holds administrator privileges ("Manage").
To do this, from the left sidebar menu of the platform, access the administration center by clicking on the "Administration" tab.
Then, in the left sidebar menu of the administration center, expand the "Data and indicators" section, then click on the "Social networks" section.
