Manage social networks and external sources – Help center

Drive the performance of your external data sources integrated into the platform. Easily manage your e-reputation and your various scores.

Access social network management

From the platform's administration center, you can manage the establishments and pages (your own and competitors') linked to your external data sources on your account.

⚠️ The administration space is only accessible to users whose profile holds administrator privileges ("Manage").

To do this, from the left sidebar menu of the platform, access the administration center by clicking on the "Administration" tab.

Then, in the left sidebar menu of the administration center, expand the "Data and indicators" section, then click on the "Social networks" section.

Add a social network or a site

You have 2 methods to integrate new social networks and external sources onto the SatisFactory platform:

Manual creation: directly from the administration interface, ideal for occasionally adding an establishment or a page linked to a social network
Manual mass import: from a preformatted CSV file, to be used when you wish to configure multiple sites or pages simultaneously

Each method thus responds to a specific need depending on the volume of sites to configure. Furthermore, the settings to define for these new sources are the same, regardless of the creation method.

Modify a site linked to a social network

To modify a site linked to an existing social network, you simply need to position yourself on the site in the "Social networks" page, click on the icon representing a vertical ellipsis (⋮), then click on "Edit".

You can then make all the desired modifications to your site. Ensure that you click on the "Save" button in order to apply all the modifications to this site.

💭 It is possible to freely edit all the properties of the site linked to a social network, but also to add up to 9 competitors to it.

⚠️ Be vigilant when modifying a social network; the platform does not provide a confirmation step such as "Are you sure?" when a competitor is deleted. Once the button whose symbol represents a trash can is clicked, the deletion is final.

Delete a site linked to a social network

To delete an already existing social network, you simply need to position yourself on the site in the "Social networks" page, click on the icon representing a vertical ellipsis (⋮), then click on "Delete".
