From the "Dashboards" tab, consult and analyze your KPIs thanks to widgets organized in interactive visualization pages, which can adapt to your analysis perimeter.
The "Dashboards" tab will be useful to you if you are looking to access a specific view of your KPIs, thanks to tools previously created by the administrators of your account or by the SatisFactory teams.
Generally speaking, the dashboards tab gathers all the customized dashboards created on your account, the tailor-made dashboards developed by SatisFactory's team as well as the one defined by default whose name is "My overview".
My overview
Unless this option has been deactivated for your user profile, you have access to the "My overview" page from your list of available dashboards.
The "My overview" page is a personal space: it is an entirely modular "sandbox" dashboard that only you can configure. It has been designed to allow you to group together, at a glance, the most relevant indicators and information for your daily management. It is not shared with other users, even within your own perimeter.
You will find there by default your customer journey (learn more) illustrated in an immutable widget, which is also accessible in another form in the "Indicators detail" tab. Each customer journey groups together one or more key moment(s) with which satisfaction items are associated.
The color of the key moments depends on the color of the satisfaction items associated with it (learn more).
Each key moment is associated with a color code reflecting its performance level:
- Green (Srong point): The performance is optimal. All the satisfaction items associated with the key moment are satisfactory (green)
- Orange (Point of attention): A risk threshold is reached. At least one satisfaction item associated with the key moment is at risk (orange), without any being yet a vigilant point (red). Particular attention is required, even if some satisfaction items remain satisfactory (green)
- Red (Vigilant point): Priority action required. As soon as at least one satisfaction item associated with the key moment is a vigilant point (red), the key moment switches entirely to red, and this, even if other satisfaction items associated with it are points of attention (orange) or satisfactory (green)
- Gray (Insufficient data): The system does not have a sufficient volume of feedbacks (overall or on your user perimeter) to establish a reliable score. A key moment only appears in gray if all the satisfaction items associated with it are; the presence of a single satisfactory (green), point of attention (orange), or vigilant point (red) satisfaction item takes precedence over gray
Your custom dashboards (native)
Dashboards are customizable and dynamic statistical representation tools, allowing to track or analyze data from your listening program. To help you quickly analyze this data, each dashboard is composed of widgets, which transform raw data into synthetic and readable graphs.
At maximum, you can have access to 20 dashboards to track your indicators: the standard overview and 19 customized views.
The dashboards you visualize are determined by your profile. Administrators can choose to show or hide certain views to ensure that you only access the information relevant to your perimeter.
You can freely interact with the dashboards to which you have access. We invite you to consult our documentation on this subject.
Your tailor-made dashboards (Toucan Toco)
Tailor-made dashboards (also called "Toucan Toco dashboards") are advanced statistical representation tools, updated in real time, allowing to monitor or analyze data through various visualizations. These dashboards are entirely developed by the SatisFactory teams via our partner Toucan Toco, as part of a specific service.
If your program includes one or more tailor-made dashboard(s), you will be able to access it from the same space as the customized dashboards (native).
⚠️ Unlike native dashboards, tailor-made dashboards cannot be modified in complete autonomy and require technical intervention from the SatisFactory teams.
To learn more about tailor-made dashboards, we invite you to consult our documentation on this subject.
Manage the widgets in your dashboards
Depending on the rights associated with your user profile, you may be authorized to create, modify, and delete the widgets of your dashboards yourself. To go further and master these features, consult our article on this subject: Manage widgets in your dashboards.
Manage your dashboards
Users with administration rights can manage all the dashboards of the account, meaning create, modify, and delete them.
The visibility of a dashboard is controlled at 2 distinct levels:
- Access to the dashboard: It is possible to define which user profiles can consult each dashboard
- Data filtering: For the user profiles concerned, the dashboard data can be restricted to their analysis perimeter (their department, their region, etc.)
Consult our dedicated article to manage your dashboards: Manage dashboards.
