Select the modules accessible from the platform homepage for your users, based on their hierarchy within the organization. Easily associate your roles with your user profiles to align the navigation experience of each team.
Roles correspond to predefined configuration standards that personalize the interface when logging into the platform for a given user profile. To learn more, read the related article: What is a role?
Access role management
From the platform's administration center, you can manage roles in your account.
⚠️ The administration center is only accessible to users whose profile holds administrator privileges ("Manage").
To do this, from the platform's left sidebar, access the administration center by clicking on the "Administration" tab.
Then, in the administration center's left sidebar, expand the "Users and roles" section, then click on the "Roles" sub-section.
Edit a role
To edit a role, select it from the dropdown list located at the top of the page, which groups all predefined platform roles.
Even though it is not possible to rename the role, you can make any desired modifications to it. Changes made on this page are applied instantly.

💭 It is possible to freely enable or disable each module and to customize its reference period.
Assign a role to a user profile
From the "Profiles" section of the administration center, simply select a specific profile, click the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮), then click "Edit".
The side panel then opens, allowing you to associate the appropriate role with the user profile using the dedicated dropdown list.
