Do you want to access the SatisFactory platform but are experiencing a login issue?
This article details the different causes that can lead to authentication issues on the SatisFactory platform and how to resolve them.
Requirements
- An administrator of your account must have created a specific user account for you and defined your scope of action on the platform
- Your user account must have been activated by you (procedure available here)
Has my user account been created?
User management on the SatisFactory platform is handled by a local administrator within your organization. Identify this person and contact them to confirm the creation of your access and the accuracy of the email address used.
If your account administrator has created your access, you should have received a welcome email in your inbox sent from "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr" with the subject "XXX - Welcome to SatisFactory".
If you cannot find this message in your inbox, remember to check your junk mail or any other inboxes you use.
Was my user account created with the correct email address?
Each user is uniquely identified on the platform by their email address.
Since user management on the SatisFactory platform is handled by a local administrator within your organization, identify this person and contact them to confirm the accuracy of the email address entered when your access was created.
If the welcome email was sent to an incorrect address, it means the account was configured with an invalid email. Because the email associated with an existing account cannot be modified, the administrator must delete the incorrect user and create a new one using the valid address.
Has my user account been activated?
As soon as your user account is created by your organization’s local administrator, you automatically receive a welcome email from "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr" with the subject "XXX - Welcome to SatisFactory".
To log in to the platform, you must have activated your access and set your password (when using the standard login method).

Which login method should I use to access the platform?
Your authentication method may vary depending on the settings defined by your organization.
Three authentication methods are available on the SatisFactory platform:
- Standard login (username and password)
- SSO via the generic page (global portal)
- SSO via your organization’s dedicated page (custom URL)

What should I do if I forgot my password?
The password used to access the platform was defined by you when activating your user account.
If you forgot your password, a reset is required. Follow the procedure detailed in the following article: Retrieve your password.
What should I do if I do not receive the password reset email?
First, verify that the email entered is the one associated with your SatisFactory user account.
If the password reset email does not appear in your inbox, check your junk mail (spam) and search for the sender "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr".
If the email is still not found, wait a few minutes and contact your IT team to ensure the email is not blocked by your company server. If this situation does not apply, contact SatisFactory's Support specifying the email address entered and the steps already performed.
What should I do if the link in the password reset email does not work?
This issue generally occurs when the security time limit has expired. The password reset link contained in the received email remains active for 12 hours. If you try to use it after this period, the link will no longer work.
You must request a new password reset link. To do so, go to the platform authentication page and click the "Forgot password?" button (see the detailed procedure here).
You will receive a new email containing a login link, also valid for 12 hours.
What should I do if I still cannot log in to the platform?
If none of the solutions proposed in this article worked, please contact SatisFactory's Support specifying the email address you usually use as well as any error messages encountered.
