Have you lost or forgotten the password that allows you to access the SatisFactory platform and want to recover it?
This article details the different steps required to recover your account.
Requirements
- An administrator of your account must have created a specific user account for you and defined your scope of action on the platform
- Your user account must have been activated by you (procedure available here)
- Your usual login method must not be via SSO
⚠️ For any difficulty related to SSO authentication (Microsoft, Google, or company portal), please contact your local administrator. SSO management is handled directly by your organization.
How do I reset my password?
Start by accessing the platform login page: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/en/login.
Then click the "Forgot password?" button.
Enter the email address associated with your user account and click the "Send" button.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email in your inbox titled "XXX - Forgot password" sent from "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr". Be sure to check your junk mail (spam) folder.
By following the link visible in the reset email, you can set a new password.

Once you have chosen your new password, click the "Save" button.
After this step, you can log in to the platform freely using this new password (procedure available here).
