Before accessing the features of the SatisFactory's platform for the first time, proceed with activating your user account.
Activating your user account is a necessary step to secure your access and fully benefit from the advantages offered by our solution.
Requirements
- An administrator of your account must have created a specific user account for you and defined your scope of action on the platform
Receive the welcome email
As soon as your account is created by your organization’s local administrator, you will automatically receive a welcome email from the address "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr" with the subject "XXX - Welcome to SatisFactory".
If you cannot find this message in your inbox, remember to check your junk mail.
Set your password
Once you have received the welcome email, if your organization uses the standard authentication method, you must set your password to activate your user account.
Some security requirements must be respected.

Once your password is defined, click the "Save" button.
⚠️ Do not delay performing this action: the activation link remains valid for only 14 days.

Log in to the platform
Once your password is defined, your user account is officially active, and you are free to log in to the SatisFactory platform.

FAQ
- I did not receive the welcome email from SatisFactory, which prevents me from accessing my account.
If the welcome email does not appear in your inbox, first check your junk mail (spam) and search for the sender "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr".
If the email is still not found, contact your account administrator to verify that the account has been created correctly and with the proper email address.
If no solution is found, the administrator can contact SatisFactory's Support by providing all necessary information.
- I cannot use my account activation link.
This issue usually occurs when the security time limit has expired. The activation link in the welcome email remains active for 14 days. If you attempt to log in after this period, the link will no longer work.
You must then request a new link using the password reset feature. To do so, go to the platform authentication page and click the "Forgot password?" button (see the detailed procedure here).
You will receive a new email containing a login link. However, unlike the initial link, this new link will be valid for only 12 hours.
If the link is still invalid, contact your account administrator to verify that the account has been created correctly and with the proper email address.
If no solution is found, the administrator can contact SatisFactory's Support by providing all necessary information.
- The activation link was not sent to the correct address. What should I do?
If the welcome email was sent to an incorrect address, it means the account was configured with an incorrect email.
Since the email address is the unique identifier of the user on the platform, it cannot simply be modified. Therefore, the incorrect account must be deleted and a new one created with the correct address.
To do so, please contact your account administrator directly so they can perform this action.
