Sign in to the SatisFactory's platform

From the authentication page, access all the features offered by the SatisFactory platform.

Your authentication method may vary depending on the settings defined by your organization.

Three distinct authentication methods are available on the SatisFactory platform:

• Standard login (username and password)
• SSO via the generic page (global portal)
• SSO via your organization’s dedicated page (custom URL)

Sign in using the standard method

This login method is the most common for platform users.

Start by accessing the platform login page: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/en/login.

Then complete the authentication fields.

• Email address

Enter the email address used by the administrator when creating your user account.

💭 You can verify that this is the correct address by searching for the email titled "XXX - Welcome to SatisFactory", sent from "satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr" in your inbox.

• Password

Then enter the password you defined when activating your user account (if you have not changed it since).

Click the "Sign in" button to access the platform home page.

Sign in with SSO using the generic link

This login method applies if your organization uses a third-party identity provider (Google or Microsoft).

Start by accessing the platform login page: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/en/login.

Then click the button corresponding to your organization: Google or Microsoft.

On the screen displayed above the authentication page, select your Google/Microsoft account and authorize the connection to the application.

After authorizing the connection between SatisFactory and the third-party identity provider, you will be automatically redirected to the platform homepage.

Sign in with SSO using a custom link

This login method applies if your organization uses a specific identity provider and has a dedicated access URL previously provided by your account administrator or your SatisFactory Customer Success Manager.

Start by accessing the specific URL, which is the generic platform login page URL with specific parameters: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/en/login/brand.

Then click the button displaying your organization’s logo.

When you click it, you will be automatically redirected to your organization’s secure authentication portal. Access is restricted to email addresses belonging to the validated domain.

Enter the required fields defined by your organization. Once validated, you will be automatically redirected to the platform home page.
