Much more than simple navigation, interacting with a dashboard transforms your data into decisions.
To guarantee you a relevant vision, your dashboards are based on 3 key principles:
- They are dynamic: The data updates in real time with each new feedback collected
- They are customized: The display automatically adapts to your analysis perimeter as well as to specific filters (predefined for you or modified by you)
- They are secure: Your access rights determine the modification actions you can perform on them
Filter a dashboard
To push the management further, you can apply filters. The aim here is to modify the reference date of the dashboard to customize it according to your own analysis needs.
In the upper right part of the page, simply click on the button representing a funnel named "Filters".
Upon clicking, a window opens, allowing you to select your filters according to:
- a reference period (specific dates or intervals)
- or additional data (survey ID, system data, business data, responses, etc.)
Modifying the global period filter of the dashboard is only available after having clicked on "Disable widgets default dates".
Therefore, you can quickly modify the global reference period by clicking directly on the time range defined on the page (learn more about filters). It is therefore the period that you define in this filter that will apply to all the graphs of the dashboard.
Export a dashboard to PDF
SatisFactory allows you to download your dashboard (whether it is filtered or not) in PDF format, in order to facilitate your daily uses.
This format is particularly useful for sharing your results internally, preparing presentation materials, keeping a fixed history of performances at a given date, or distributing analyses to teams that do not use the platform.
To download the dashboard in PDF, apply the desired filters (or leave your dashboard as is), then simply click on the "Export to PDF" button, located in the upper right corner of the page.
Upon clicking, the document will be generated and automatically downloaded into your internal environment.
Download a widget's image
SatisFactory allows you to download your graphs and tables in PNG image format, in order to facilitate the distribution of analyses for your business needs.
This format is particularly useful for sharing your results internally, preparing presentation materials, or distributing analyses to teams that do not use the platform.
To download a widget in PNG, position yourself on it, click on the icon representing a vertical ellipsis (â‹®) located in the upper right corner of the widget, then click on "Download".
Upon clicking, the image will be generated and automatically downloaded into your internal environment.
Modify a dashboard
With the appropriate rights, you can also manage the elements of your dashboards:
- Modify the content of widgets
- Add separators
- Move widgets and separators
- Delete widgets and separators

⚠️ Unlike native dashboards and the overview, tailor-made dashboards (Toucan Toco) cannot be modified in complete autonomy and require technical intervention from the SatisFactory teams.
