Share and deploy a dashboard by email

Bring your data to life and involve your teams. Automate the sharing of your dashboards by email to distribute the analysis of your KPIs to the right contacts, whether they are users of the platform or not.

For a customer listening program to be truly effective, the results must be consulted by all key players in your organization. Rather than waiting for your employees to remember to connect to the platform, SatisFactory now allows you to push information directly into their inbox.

This feature offers you the possibility to configure the sending of an email containing a direct access link (URL) pointing to the dashboard of your choice.

Whether it is a one-time sharing following a specific survey, or a recurring distribution (daily, weekly, monthly) to automate your regular reporting, this feature guarantees you a fluid communication of your results, without additional manual effort.

Access dashboard sharing

You can access dashboard sharing from the left sidebar menu via the "Export" tab.

Then select the "Dashboards" section.

Configure the sharing of a dashboard

Just like the rest of the "Export" tab, this management space is strictly personal. The shares configured here rely exclusively on your own analysis perimeter and are only visible to you.

⚠️ Due to the personal aspect of this space. Any modification or deactivation of a recurring dashboard share will require going directly through your user account.

To configure a new dashboard share, start by clicking on the "Create a dashboard export" button.

A new page opens, allowing you to configure your share.

In the "1- Select dashboard" section, choose the dashboard that you wish to share and click on the "Select dashboard" button.

In the "2- Choose recipients" section, define the people who will receive the dashboard by email. Two options are available to you:

• Select existing users of the SatisFactory platform
• Manually enter the email addresses of external collaborators, even if they do not have an account on the platform

In the "3- Recurring generation" section, you can schedule the recurrence of the share according to a regular frequency. To do this, you simply need to check "Yes", then choose the desired periodicity. The generation will take place at the defined period, at six o'clock in the morning.

Finally, all that remains is for you to name your dashboard share and to click on the "Save & activate" button. A confirmation message will then be automatically displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, confirming to you that the dashboard share has been activated.

Modify the configuration of a dashboard shared by email

To modify an already existing dashboard share, you simply need to position yourself on the dashboard share in the "Dashboards" section of the "Export" tab, then click on the "Edit" icon representing a pencil.

You can then make all the desired modifications to your dashboard share. Ensure that you click on the "Save" button in order to apply all the modifications to the element.

Delete the sharing by email of a dashboard

To delete an already existing dashboard share, you simply need to position yourself on the dashboard share in the "Dashboards" section of the "Export" tab, then click on the "Delete" icon representing a trash can.

The dashboard share will be permanently deleted from the platform.

A dialog box then opens, asking you to confirm the deletion of the dashboard share. Click on the "Confirm" button. A confirmation message will then be automatically displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, confirming to you that the dashboard share has been correctly deleted.

Interact with a dashboard shared by email

If you are one of the recipients of a dashboard share by email, you will receive at the defined recurrence an email sent by the address satisfactory@email-booster.satisfactory.fr whose subject will be "[Program name] - New document available".

By clicking on the "Access" button, you directly access the shared dashboard, which will be filtered on the analysis perimeter of the user who shared the dashboard with you.

⚠️ To guarantee the security of your account data, the access link to the dashboard is active for 7 days. If you wish to access it again after this period, you simply need to generate a new share or modify the recurrence settings.
