Insights are intelligent summary cards integrated into the platform. Their goal is to highlight significant variations in your performance indicators for immediate understanding of the data and its implications. Insight relevance is ensured by the combination of the following factors:
- Quantitative data: the reference period of your performance indicators
- Qualitative data: the themes of your account's semantic classification plan (if enabled)
- Business context: your industry sector (for benchmarking)
- User context: your role as a user (for information relevance)
Insights are generated dynamically when the page is displayed. Therefore, the analysis may vary from one segment to another depending on the elements shown on the page.
In short, insights are designed as facilitating, responsive, and actionable tools to:

You can find your insights:
- In the "Customer Reply" and "Key Indicators" sections of the homepage
- Directly within your key indicators, whether standardized scales (NPS, CSAT, etc.), more flexible scales (satisfaction percentage), or scores (Google, TripAdvisor)
