Do not read your verbatims anymore: understand them instantly and take action! Discover the power of automatic summaries in SatisFactory, combining our semantic analysis technologies with generative artificial intelligence.
In addition to semantic analysis and the tools already available on the platform, SatisFactory is evolving its offering and now provides you with a time-saving tool: it automatically generates a summary of the major themes identified in your verbatims and suggests relevant action plans based on the identified topics.
Overview
The Comment Summary is a synthesis note that analyzes the verbatims within the defined scope on the "Comments" page (filters and periods) using artificial intelligence. More than just an analysis, it reveals trends and weak signals that matter in the comments, shows their actual impact on your target, and guides you with recommended actions.
The comments résumé is dynamically generated based on the period and filters configured on the page. It also relies on your context (industry sector).
Therefore, the analysis may vary from one segment to another depending on the elements displayed on the page.
In short, the comment summary is designed as a reactive and actionable analysis tool, which integrates intelligently with other generative artificial intelligence-based tools offered by SatisFactory (flash report, insights, etc.) to:
- provide a synthetic and instant view of the customer experience
- quickly highlight the key strengths and major pain points of your customer journey
- prioritize efforts on the critical topics identified by AI
- deliver a clear and structured overview to decision-makers, sparing them the need to review all comments in detail
Access the comments summary
The Comments Summary is automatically displayed when you access the "Comments" tab from the left sidebar menu of the platform.
The tool dynamically updates based on the filters you apply on the page.
