Artificial intelligence is making its debut in SatisFactory... First step of this evolution: the "Flash report"!
When logging into the platform for the first time, you will discover the "Flash Report", an exclusive feature of SatisFactory.
Overview
The Flash Report is a summary note that analyzes your account performance by leveraging artificial intelligence. It highlights the main trends of your program while providing actionable recommendations tailored to your context, your industry, and your KPIs.
The Flash Report is generated based on the period configured in your user role settings.
As a result, the analysis may vary from one user to another within the same account, since it depends on the scope assigned to you.
Each analysis includes the following elements:
| Section | Objective | Usefulness |
| Key Trends & Highlights | Emphasize the most significant overall changes during the defined period |
|
| Customer Sentiment Analysis | Measure the overall emotional state of respondents and its impact on the relationship with the organization during the defined period through semantic analysis |
|
| Main Attributes & Issues | Correlate the main satisfaction items identified in comments over the defined period to highlight major pain points |
|
| Performance Indicators | Quickly compare key performance indicators (KPIs) of the program against the industry and the previous period |
|
| Alerts & Critical Issues | Identify critical points (or priority topics) during the defined period |
|
| Actionable Recommendations | Transform the analysis of the defined period into a concrete action plan |
|
In summary, the Flash Report is designed as a complete, reactive, and actionable analysis tool, compiling all anonymized information from your program (context, feedbacks, scores, comments, scope, etc.) in order to:
- provide a synthetic and instant view of the customer experience
- quickly highlight strengths and major pain points in your customer journey
- serve as a shared basis for initiating strategic discussions within teams
- offer decision-makers a clear and structured overview, sparing them from reviewing all raw data
Access the flash report
The Flash Report automatically appears when you log into the platform for the first time. You can then access it at any time from the homepage by clicking on the spark-shaped icon, located in the upper-right corner of the page.
Configure the flash report
The Flash Report is an optional feature that you can activate or deactivate for each user profile, from the role settings (learn more).
You can define the reference period for the flash report to the last week, the last month, or the previous quarter.
