Overview
Response Suggestion is an intelligent feature integrated directly into the platform, designed to assist you in managing customer interactions. It automatically analyzes available information about the respondent (answers and comments) as well as the context of their feedback to generate an initial personalized response suggestion.
Response Rephrasing is another intelligent SatisFactory feature. It allows you to refine your messages, from making simple corrections to adjusting their overall tone.
The goal of these two features is to save you time, reduce writing effort, and provide you with a solid starting point for crafting a relevant and context-appropriate message for any situation. Of course, the suggested or rewritten response remains fully editable: you can adjust, enrich, or personalize it before sending, maintaining complete control over your customer communication.
⚠️ The AI-powered response suggestion and rephrasing features are intended to assist in drafting your messages. It should be used in conjunction with your reply library. However, these features do not automatically send responses to customers under any circumstances.
Access the response suggestion
The button to access the response suggestion automatically appears within the "All interactions" section when replying to customer feedback.
Use the response suggestion
From the respondent’s profile, after clicking the "Send an email" or "Respond to a review" buttons (available depending on your account settings and the feedback source), the "Suggest a Response" button becomes available.
By clicking this button, generative AI automatically suggests a relevant and contextualized message. It is based on various contextual elements related to the response, such as additional data, semantic analysis, and even the details of the answers.
Once the suggested response is generated, you can choose whether or not to use it. The AI-provided response suggestion is a good starting point. You are free to personalize it to enrich and fully adapt it to your operational goals.
Finally, by clicking the "Send" button, your response is transmitted to the customer and automatically saved in the interaction history.
Use the response rephrasing
After using the response suggestion or typing 50 characters in the message, the "Rephrase an answer" button appears.
Click this new button for the AI to automatically correct errors and adjust the tone of your message while clearly showing the differences from the original text.
