Where permitted by your profile, Feedback allows you to access notifications when an attribute with high importance turns red (How is the colour of an attribute defined?)

This notification is visible on Feedback’s “notifications” page, and can be accessed via the notification bell in the top right-hand corner. If you cannot see this bell, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to activate the relevant rights.
The notification is also sent by email if you have the activated rights and theactivated email subscription at customer account level. If this is not the case, please contact your administrator or CSM.
If you wish to receive only notifications that are accessible via the bell while the email option is active, it is possible to unsubscribe from emails via My account (grey button= you do not have sufficient rights, blue button= you receive email notifications, white button= email notifications disabled by the user)
Clicking on the link indicated in the “For more details, click here” notification automatically redirects you to the page of the attribute concerned.
Trigger rule: For each attribute, if the colour is red with “strong” importance and with a grey or orange standby colour.
