Notifications for weak signals

Pour plus de détails, cliquez iciWhere permitted by your profile, Feedback allows you to access notifications when a word is quoted significantly more often than last year, over the same period of time.

This notification is visible on Feedback’s “notifications” page, and can be accessed via the notification bell in the top right-hand corner. If you cannot see this bell, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to activate the relevant rights.

The notification is also sent by email if you have the activated rights and theactivated email subscription at customer account level. If this is not the case, please contact your administrator or CSM.

If you wish to receive only notifications that are accessible via the bell while the email option is active, it is possible to unsubscribe from emails via My account (grey button= you do not have sufficient rights, blue button= you receive email notifications, white button= email notifications disabled by the user)

Clicking on the link indicated in the “For more details, click here” notification automatically redirects you to the Customer Comments page.

Trigger rule: If the count per word in question is significantly higher than the previous count (month in the previous year or previous month) and maximum deviation threshold (max 15)
