Where permitted by your profile, Feedback allows you to access notifications when there is an unusual rise or fall in the number of respondents on your perimeter.

This notification is visible on Feedback’s “notifications” page, and can be accessed via the notification bell in the top right-hand corner. If you cannot see this bell, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to activate the relevant rights.
The notification is also sent by email if you have the activated rights and theactivated email subscription at customer account level. If this is not the case, please contact your administrator or CSM.
If you wish to receive only notifications that are accessible via the bell while the email option is active, it is possible to unsubscribe from emails via My account (grey button= you do not have sufficient rights, blue button= you receive email notifications, white button= email notifications disabled by the user)
Clicking on the link indicated in the “For more details, click here” notification automatically redirects you to the Monitoring page, allowing you to track your number of respondents in detail.
Trigger rule: If the value of the number of respondents on the time step indicated in the notification is significantly higher or lower than the recent average (last 15 observations for the selected aggregation time step) and if the number of respondents is strictly higher than 10.
The aggregation time step is between 3 and 7 days.
