Centralize the reviews of your hotel and restaurant by retrieving their identifiers from the main OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
To connect your establishment pages to the SatisFactory platform, you need a unique technical identifier making it possible to link a specific establishment. We explain here how to obtain this essential character string to configure your integrations.

Presentation
In order to guarantee the reliability of data integrations coming from OTAs, booking platforms, and other external sources, SatisFactory requires the retrieval of a unique identifier for each establishment.
The reason is that each external platform assigns a unique identifier to each site or establishment. This fixed key guarantees a reliable and durable match, unlike the commercial name or the address, which are likely to evolve.
In the SatisFactory platform, this unique identifier (Place ID, Location ID, Business Unit ID, etc.) constitutes the central element making it possible to formally identify your sites as well as those of the competition.
Retrieve the TripAdvisor Location ID and the URL of an establishment

The Location ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned by TripAdvisor to each point of interest (hotel, restaurant, activity). It is not the name of the point of interest, but an internal technical code.
Start by accessing the page of the concerned establishment or activity on the TripAdvisor website.
In the address bar, locate the letter "d" followed by a string of numbers.
Copy only the string of numbers; it is the Location ID of the establishment or activity.
The URL to specify in the SatisFactory platform is the one that you can find in the address bar, on the page of the concerned TripAdvisor establishment.
💭 This method works for any TripAdvisor establishment or activity page, whether it belongs to you or not.
Retrieve the Booking.com Hotel ID and the URL of an establishment

The Hotel ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned by Booking.com to each accommodation. It is not the name of the establishment, but an internal technical code.
Start by accessing the public page of the concerned establishment on the Booking.com website and display the source code of the page (via right click or the Ctrl + U shortcut).
Once the source code is open in a new tab, use the search function (Ctrl + F) and enter the term "b_hotel_id".
Copy the string of numbers located right after this term; it is the Hotel ID of the establishment.
💭 This method works for any Booking.com establishment page, whether it belongs to you or not.
Retrieve the TheFork Restaurant ID and the URL of an establishment

The Restaurant ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned to each restaurant referenced on TheFork. It is not the name of the establishment, but an internal technical code.
Start by accessing the listing of the concerned restaurant on the TheFork website.
In the address bar, locate the letter "r" followed by a string of numbers.

Retrieve the Expedia Property ID and the URL of an establishment
The Property ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned by Expedia to each accommodation. It is not the name of the establishment, but an internal technical code. As Expedia and Hotels.com originate from the same group, they share a common database: a specific establishment will therefore have the same ID on these two platforms.
Start by accessing the public page of the concerned establishment on the Expedia website.
In the address bar, locate the letter "h" followed by a string of numbers.
Copy only the string of numbers; it is the Property ID of the establishment.
The URL to specify in the SatisFactory platform is the one that you can find in the address bar, on the page of the concerned Expedia establishment.
💭 This method works for any Expedia establishment page, whether it belongs to you or not.

Start by accessing the public page of the concerned establishment on the Hotels.com website and display the source code of the page (via right click or the Ctrl + U shortcut).
Once the source code is open in a new tab, use the search function (Ctrl + F) and enter the term "propertyId".

The Entity ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned by Zoover to each referenced accommodation or vacation spot. It is not the name of the establishment visible in the URL, but an internal technical code.
Start by accessing the public page of the concerned establishment on the Zoover website and display the source code of the page (via right click or the Ctrl + U shortcut).
Once the source code is open in a new tab, use the search function (Ctrl + F) and enter the term "entityId".

⚠️ Be careful not to confuse the Entity ID of the hotel with that of the region or the city, verify that the identifier is indeed located in the data block relating to the establishment ("Accommodation").
The URL to specify in the SatisFactory platform is the one that you can find in the address bar, on the page of the concerned Zoover establishment.
💭 This method works for any Zoover establishment page, whether it belongs to you or not.
Use the unique identifiers of an establishment
Whatever the source (social network, review site, marketplace, or booking platform), you can use the unique identifiers of the establishments for two purposes in SatisFactory:
- Integrate the scores and reviews of your own establishments (learn more)
- Analyze the scores and reviews of competing establishments (learn more)
Indeed, these identifiers are essential for the configuration of integrations on the platform; you will also have to directly use the URL specific to the establishment.
