Presentation
In order to guarantee the reliability of data integrations coming from review platforms, social networks, and other external sources, SatisFactory requires the retrieval of a unique identifier for each establishment, page, application, or site.
The reason is that each external platform assigns a unique identifier to each site or establishment. This fixed key guarantees a reliable and durable match, unlike the commercial name or the address, which are likely to evolve.
In the SatisFactory platform, this unique identifier (Place ID, Location ID, Business Unit ID, etc.) constitutes the central element making it possible to formally identify your sites as well as those of the competition.

![]()
The Page ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned by Facebook to each public page. It is not the username visible in the URL, but an internal technical code.
Start by accessing the page of a site or of a brand on Facebook.
Click on the "About" section then on the "Page transparency" tab.
Copy the string of numbers displayed on the "Page ID" line; it is the unique identifier of the Facebook page.
The URL to specify in the SatisFactory platform is the one that you can find in the address bar, on the concerned Facebook page.
💭 This method works for any Facebook page, whether it belongs to you or not.

The Package Name is a unique identifier assigned by Google to each application referenced on the Google Play Store. It is not the commercial name of the application, but an internal technical code (often in the com.publisher.name format).
Start by accessing the listing of the concerned application on the Google Play Store website.
Once on the application page, observe the URL displayed in the address bar and locate the "id=" parameter.
Copy the string of characters located right after this term; it is the Package Name of the application on the Google Play Store.
The URL to specify in the SatisFactory platform is the one that you can find in the address bar, on the page of the concerned Google Play Store application.
💭 This method works for any Google Play Store application, whether it belongs to you or not.
Retrieve the App Store App ID and the URL of an app

The App ID is a unique numerical identifier assigned by Apple to each application referenced on the App Store. It is not the name of the application visible on the listing, but an internal technical code.
Start by accessing the listing of the concerned application on the App Store website.
Once on the application page, observe the URL displayed in the address bar and locate the "id" prefix followed by a string of numbers.
Copy only the string of numbers located right after this term; it is the App ID of the application on the App Store.
The URL to specify in the SatisFactory platform is the one that you can find in the address bar, on the page of the concerned App Store application.
💭 This method works for any App Store application, whether it belongs to you or not.
Use the unique identifiers of a page or of an app
Whatever the source (social network, review site, marketplace, or booking platform), you can use the unique identifiers of the pages, applications, or establishments for two purposes in SatisFactory:
- Integrate the scores and reviews of your own establishments (learn more)
- Analyze the scores and reviews of competing establishments (learn more)
Indeed, these identifiers are essential for the configuration of integrations on the platform; you will also have to directly use the URL specific to the page or the app.
