On the Key Indicator page, it is possible to see which attributes have contributed positively = the TOPS and negatively = the FLOPS to the key indicator, depending on the period and filters selected.
Attributes are ranked according to satisfaction score, from best to worst. They can be represented on a horizontal (X) axis. The first part of the attributes (calculated according to the median) constitutes the “Tops” group and the second half constitutes the “Flops” group.
Attributes can also be ranked by importance (the ability of the attribute to influence your key indicator) along a vertical (Y) axis.
The TOPS ranking is then a combination of the attribute’s satisfaction score and its importance.
The same is true for Flops.
It is possible to click on one of the “top” or “flop” attributes, which redirects you to the attribute page for the analysis period, where you can analyse the trend for the attribute.
And you can also access a matrix view, which you can print by clicking on the button in the top right corner of the tops/flops, Display matrix.
Tip: you can zoom in on the matrix, to read the attributes more clearly, by holding down the left mouse button and selecting the area to zoom on.
