Multilingual management

The Feedback platform is available in several languages: French (default), English, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian.

The URLs to access the different languages are as follows:

French: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/fr/
English: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/en/
Spanish: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/es/
Portuguese: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/pt/
Romanian: https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/ro/

By default, Feedback opens in the language of the web browser. If the web browser is available in a language other than those listed above, Feedback will be available in French.

For example: if your browser is in Portuguese, Feedback will automatically open at https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/pt/.
If your browser is in Italian – a language not available in Feedback – the interface will open at https://feedback.satisfactory.fr/fr/

There are several types of vocabulary/translations on the platform:

• Business vocabulary: this is the vocabulary specific to your organisation, which must be set up by the programme administrator (key moments, attributes, key indicators, comments, dashboard)

• Platform vocabulary: this is the “hard” vocabulary related to the interface. This vocabulary is not configurable. This includes the menu on the left in particular.
