If you wish to search for one or more respondents, a free-text search field is available on the Customer Relationship page:
Using the search engine
- Entering a single term
When entering a single term (number, text), the engine will search all available metadata and display the customer card(s) containing this term. The term must be exactly the same before the customer’s card can be displayed. However, the search engine is not case sensitive (upper/lower case) and does not take accents into account.
- Entering several terms
It is also possible to enter several terms (number, text) separated by a space or a slash. The engine will then search through all the metadata and display the card(s) containing at least one of the terms. If the customer card contains at least one of the terms, it will be displayed. The term must be exactly the same before the customer’s card can be displayed. The search engine is not case sensitive (upper/lower case) and does not take accents into account.
Example with the entry of a customer number and a surname: b09e88f Smith
The engine will display the customer’s card(s) with the number 7b09e88f and the customer’s card(s) containing “Smith” in their metadata (e.g. surname)
Applying calendar and metadata filters
The search engine can also be combined with the application of the calendar and filters on metadata.
Example: apply the calendar for the period “2019” and search for customer number 7b09e88f
The system will first filter for cards with a reply date in 2019 and then search for the number 7b09e88f in the metadata set.
