Facilitate the reading of your program's KPIs according to the specific operational needs of your teams. Easily create and manage your dashboards to ensure that each user only accesses the graphs necessary for their activity.
Dashboards are customizable statistical representation tools updated in real-time, allowing you to monitor or analyze data. They contain widgets, representing calculated or collected data in various forms. To learn more, consult the article on this subject: What is a dashboard?
⚠️ Unlike native dashboards, the management of tailor-made dashboards (Toucan Toco) is not done in complete autonomy and requires technical intervention from the SatisFactory teams.
Access dashboard management
From the platform's administration center, you can create, modify, and delete the dashboards of your account.
⚠️ The administration space is only accessible to users whose profile holds administrator privileges ("Manage").
To do this, from the left sidebar menu of the platform, access the administration center by clicking on the "Administration" tab.
Then, in the left sidebar menu of the administration center, expand the "Data and indicators" section, then click on the "Dashboards" section.
Create a dashboard
To create a new dashboard on your account, start by pressing the "Add a dashboard" button.
A new configuration panel opens on the right, allowing you to enter the information necessary for the creation of a dashboard.
- Dashboard label in French
Start by assigning a name to your dashboard.
This name will appear in the list of dashboards accessible by the user, by clicking on the "Dashboards" tab of the platform (learn more).
The maximum authorized length is 40 characters. To facilitate the reading of graphs on the platform, name your dashboard according to its objective.
Example: "Quality Teams Supervision", "Detractors & Alerts Tracking", "NPS Evolution & Strategic KPIs", etc.
- Translated label of the dashboard
In a multilingual context, if you have configured multiple languages in the program settings (learn more), you can enter a translation of the label for each of them.
The maximum authorized length is also 40 characters for label translations.
- Display order of the dashboard
Select the display priority order of the dashboard within the global list of dashboards.
For faster access, position your main dashboards first.
- User profiles
Then choose the user profiles able to access this specific dashboard.
To guarantee a clean and efficient interface, only grant access to a dashboard to the profiles for whom these analyses are truly relevant. There is no point in overloading users' workspaces with dashboards they will not consult.
- User perimeter application option
By checking this box, you allow users to only see the data limited to their specific analysis perimeter in the dashboard.
If this box is not checked, the dashboard will not be restricted in terms of data display and all will be visible, regardless of the confidentiality level.
Once the configuration of the dashboard is finalized, press the "Save" button to create it.
⚠️ You can create up to 25 dashboards on your account.
