The Feedback solution is not responsible for the assignment of contacts and respondents to an operational entity (region, site, agency, hotel, etc.).
It is very often a problem related to the data flow (containing all contact information) that has previously been loaded into the Feedback solution.
For all problems related to data flows, we recommend that you contact your internal administrator. Either this person will be able to modify these assignments (as they are carried out in your computer system), or they will contact their SatisFactory CSM to solve the problem.
