Hello,

The platform doesn't do some analysis which is very centrally needed.

We need to know the store's top and flop about precise topics, for example the topic "payment and refund" to know which store has the best result and the baddest.

 

The only way to do it is choosing store by store and consulting the result. Make our own analysis in an excel file.

If we can choose any topic, all stores and the month it will be great!

  If you do a cross analysis report based on the topic (attribute?) and the store name (metadata) it should answer to your need.
